All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, frameworks, and methodologies — is owned by The Broad Strategy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license or right to use any content is granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.
Proprietary frameworks, assessment methods, and strategic approaches developed by The Broad Strategy remain the intellectual property of the practice and may not be reproduced or redistributed without express written permission.
The Broad Strategy operates strictly in an advisory capacity. All organizational decisions, execution, and outcomes remain under the authority and responsibility of the client. Advisory work does not constitute operational, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice unless explicitly scoped and documented in a Statement of Work.
Engagements are governed by a signed Statement of Work outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, investment, and terms. These Terms of Use do not replace or supersede any executed engagement agreement.
While we bring disciplined methodology and professional expertise to every engagement, organizational outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including client decisions, execution, and operating conditions. We do not guarantee specific results, performance improvements, or financial outcomes.
Information shared by clients during advisory engagements is treated with strict confidentiality as described in our Privacy Policy. Clients are similarly expected to treat any proprietary materials, frameworks, or methodologies shared during engagements as confidential.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Broad Strategy and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or reliance on any information provided. Our total liability in connection with advisory engagements shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, as further detailed in the applicable Statement of Work.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Broad Strategy from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
